Finally, a platform for dorm reuse.
31 features across four stages of work — the move-out firehose, a storefront that has to hold up on move-in day, the reuse that carries on all year, and the report due long after.
Built around the frameworks your office already reports to
Move-out
01 / 04Catalog everything at the speed of move-out.
Move-out is a two-week firehose. The bottleneck has never been willingness — it's that logging what you collected takes longer than collecting it.

A real storefront, not a sidewalk sale.
Students and families pay meaningfully more for the certainty of reserving an item ahead of time than for a table on a lawn. E-commerce is what turns a break-even program into a funded one — it has just been too time-consuming to run.

Reuse doesn't only happen in August.
Between the two big weeks, stuff still changes hands — a walk-up who wants the desk lamp today, a sophomore selling a mini-fridge in a group chat. One of those you can staff behind a counter; the other you can't, and shouldn't have to. Both are reuse on your campus, and both can be counted.
Impact tracking
04 / 04The report that used to take three weeks.
Translating a pile of collected goods into defensible CO2e is the part most programs never finish — which is exactly the part leadership asks about when it's time to fund next year.
How it compares
ReDorm is the first and only platform designed from the ground up for dorm reuse programs.
We lived the bottleneck of move-out. We experienced the chaos and disappointment of break-even move-in sales and guesstimated climate savings. So, we built the exact tool we desperately wished for, to help every campus run reuse programs that are easier, more profitable, and more impactful.

Pricing
Sustainable pricing for sustainable programs.
Green is free forever and genuinely usable — it's how most campuses run their first season. Gold removes the caps and unlocks the reporting your sustainability office will eventually ask for.

The free pilot
Year one, free
Every new Gold campus starts on a free pilot year — a full Gold plan, no charge, for your first season. It's written into a multi-year contract as year one of the term.
Schedule a pilot callIt's year one of a multi-year contract
The pilot isn't a separate trial you decide about afterward. It's the first year of the term, so your program gets a full season to find its footing before a single invoice.
Your campus onboards ReDorm as an approved vendor
The free year is only eligible once ReDorm is set up as an approved vendor in your procurement system. We hand over the W-9, HECVAT 4 Lite and VPAT 2.5 ACR to make that a short process rather than a semester.
Built for how campuses actually buy software.
Staff seats and roles
Give housing, sustainability and student staff the access each of them needs, and nothing more. One administrator on Green; custom roles and unlimited seats on Gold.
Guided onboarding
Setup walks your team through storefront, pickup logistics and first intake step by step, rather than dropping you into an empty dashboard.
Higher-ed safe terms
No auto-renewals. No vendor indemnification. Governed by your local jurisdiction.
Procurement documentation
Pre-signed W-9, HECVAT 4 Lite and VPAT 2.5 ACR on request, so IT and procurement review doesn't add a semester.
Applicable sales tax laws go into effect January 1, 2027, in California, and we would need to charge a 9.5% sales tax on our annual licenses, except if the buyer can claim that they are tax-exempt.
All plans include a standard 7% net revenue share on student shop sales.

An estimate, not a quote. Built from UW–Madison's and Boston University's published diversion-per-resident figures, $0.08/lb all-in disposal, and the National Retail Federation's 2024 back-to-college survey ($192.40 per student on dorm furnishings), assuming a shop that reaches 10% of the housed population at 70% off retail. Your own numbers are what a demo is for.
See it against your own campus.
Demos are run against your real numbers — your housing population, your move-out window, your current hauling costs — not a canned dataset.
