ReDorm Partners with PODS So Campuses Can Plan Move-Out Collection and Request a Container Quote in One Place

ReDorm, the platform that helps campus sustainability and housing teams run dorm reuse programs, today announced a partnership with PODS, the portable moving and storage company. Campuses planning move-out collection on ReDorm can now go from a map of their own campus to a quote request for PODS containers in one place.
Every move-out reuse program starts with the same question: where will everything go? For campuses that collect in portable storage containers parked near their residence halls, that means deciding months ahead how many containers to order and exactly where each one should stand.
In ReDorm, a campus team places its collection points on a map of its campus. ReDorm recommends how many 16-foot containers the season needs, based on how many students live in the residence halls each point serves. It then turns that plan into a quote packet: the container count, delivery and pickup dates, and every drop-off location with its address and notes for the driver.
Any campus on ReDorm can download that packet and send it to PODS. Campuses on ReDorm Gold can send the request to PODS without leaving the platform, and the quote that comes back can be recorded beside that season's plan.
Campus teams who want to see it on their own campus map can schedule a demo.
